RETURN POLICY
Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return. Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games systems, accessories, and computer hardware after 30 days.
We do not accept returns of:
* Any product(s) returned more than 30 days from the date on the packing slip.
* Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
* Any product(s) not in its original condition.
* Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.
* Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.
A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Unopened new merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Opened new merchandise may not be returned, used items may be returned within 7 days and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return and to require that certain items be returned to manufacturer.
REPAIR POLICY
A 30 Day Warranty will start on the pick up date of repair. This will cover parts and service on the items repaired. Anything not specified in the Repair Notes will not be covered and may be fixed at an additional charge. Warranty is void if system is open or sticker is removed. Warranty will be void due to physical damage, liquid damage, and/or any problem that was not repaired by Gamers Ave. Some Systems may be unfixable and Gamers Ave assumes no liability for Unfixable Systems.
